• You are not allowed to use the commissioned plugin on a server with monetized content,
without first discussing it with me.
- This also applies to streamed content where viewers are paying to influence the game, normal stream donations or video content is exempt.
• The commissioned plugin cannot be decompiled, or reverse engineered, without prior permission from me.
• You may not resell the commissioned plugin to another individual/company, without first obtaining permission from me.
I have full right to deny this transaction, or request a fee.
- In the event the commissioned plugin is re-sold with my permission, the recipient agrees to all the terms and conditions listed here as well.
• None of my work is permitted to be used to train, assist, or guide Generative A.I,
nor may it be used in relation with anything related to Generative A.I
• Technical support can be provided for a maximum of up-to 21 days after completion of the commissioned plugin.
The plugin will be considered complete after the client confirms it as so, and there are no (known) bugs or issues.
• Breaking any of the terms and conditions forfeits your ability to request a refund, as well as revokes your right to use the commissioned plugin.
You agree to all terms and conditions listed when placing a commission, this applies to previous commissions as well.
• Minimum of 35% of the quoted price is required upfront.
The rest must be paid before the file(s) can be sent.
- If the full payment is made upfront, a 10% discount will be applied to the total quote (Can't bring the total below $30)• Payment can be paid via PayPal, Kofi, or Buy Me A Coffee.
- Alternative payment options can be discussed (Gift Cards, Discord Nitro, etc.) NO CRYPTO
- CashApp being fixed soon• Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, and depend on:
- How much of the total quote has been paid.
- The amount of work/hours spent so far.
- The refund reason.• If progress on the commissioned plugin has exceeded the 35% mark,
or if it’s been over 10 days since initial payment, a refund is no longer available.
This applies to the client requesting the commission be cancelled as well.• Requesting a complex plugin with a short deadline, will incur a “Rush Order” fee.
- If this deadline is not meant, that fee will be refunded.
- The deadline must be agreed on by all parties.• Significant changes requested late into development will incur an additional fee,
and refunds will no longer available.
• You are permitted to use the commissioned plugin for the sole purpose it was originally intended for.
If you would like to use the plugin for other purposes, please discuss it with me.• The source code for the commissioned plugin will be provided at the end of the commission upon request.
(Assuming the commission was completed).
The source code is viewed as an extension of the final plugin file itself, and must abide by the Terms & Conditions (ie, no reselling it)• You are only given access to the source code for the commissioned plugin itself.
Any internal/external dependencies are fully separate and may incur an additional fee or possibly not provided at all.• I retain ownership and copyright of all commissioned content and assets made by myself.
• If your plugin requires/depends on existing, premium (paid) plugins, they must be either provided, or paid for.• I can not guarantee technical support for Minecraft versions other than the original plugin's requested version.• In cases where I have multiple commissions ongoing, they are completed in a priority order, if your plugin commission is of a higher importance please inform me, and we can discuss raising its priority - however it may incur a fee.• I do not do work during major US Holidays/Breaks, or during any major events related to the Five Nights At Freddy's franchise

- Multi-Use event = $95+"Multi-Use" event is defined as an event that is intended to be hosted multiple times over the course of an extending period of time.
(Example: A monthly 100 player civilization event with the same plugin each time)
An event that is hosted only once, but is hosted over the span of multiple days does NOT classify as a "Multi-Use".

- Collaborating with other Developers = +$50"Existing Plugins" is defined as a plugin made by anyone that is not Pro4D.
- All additional assets like Resource Packs, Maps, etc. must be provided.
The complete Source Code (not the .jar file, but the full source code files) must be provided.Plugins that are made by Pro4D, and need "New Additions" are priced on a case-by-case basic,
but is determined by Time Since Original Commission Completion (TSOCC).
Bug fixes for plugins made by me are FREE in most situations, but can very depending on TSOCC.
Please report all bugs as soon as possible (Within <2 weeks of TSOCC)---------------------------------------------------------
Rough Hourly Rate Guidelines (Prices are slighly flexible):
- Projects that require 20hrs or more of work = $125+
- Projects that require 50hrs or more of work = $245+
- Projects that require 100hrs or more of work = $475+
- Projects that require 250hrs or more of work = $850+
These are base prices, and can vary depending on the project.
